The production line adopts a multi-stage pre-freezing system, which can stably lower the temperature from room temperature to -50℃ according to differences in essence formulas, avoiding the destruction of ingredient structures caused by rapid freezing; at the same time, it is equipped with a three-stage vacuum pumping device, which can stabilize the vacuum degree of the freeze-drying chamber below 5Pa within 20 minutes, ensuring that active ingredients do not oxidize or lose during the water sublimation process.​
